Delivery

Electronic downloads

The majority of products on our site can be downloaded electronically, straight to your PC. This process is quick, hassle-free and means there are no shipping charges to pay.

Download products remain available to download from your Website account for 2 years from the date of purchase and you may download any ESD products you have purchased a maximum of 5 (five) times. We advise you to make a backup as soon as you download your ESD product. For more information on electronic downloads, please click here.

Physical Products

For any products that we need to ship to you like boxed software or hardware, we offer a simple delivery system.

If you live in the UK, you can choose between standard delivery which takes around 3-5 days to arrive, or express delivery which will arrive the next day if your order is placed before 4.30pm Monday to Thursday.

If you live in the USA or anywhere else in the world, there is one delivery option – standard. We will aim to despatch your order as soon as we can, but because we're based in the UK, you're order may take a few days to arrive.

You will receive a notification by email when your order has been sent so that you are aware when to expect it to be delivered.

Returns

If you're not totally happy with your purchase, simply send it back to us (physical products) or contact us (download products) within 7 days and we'll process your exchange or refund as required. For more information on our returns procedure, please click here.
